How does MIA track SaaS spending?

In the Pro plan, connect your bank through Bridge and select the accounts to analyse. MIA detects software payments and lets you confirm or ignore the detections.

Does cost tracking count the licences being used?

Cost tracking is based on bank payments. It does not infer licence counts or usage from billing. Account and access information complements the analysis and should be checked against supplier contracts.

How can I spot subscriptions outside the usual process?

Detected payments can reveal software to investigate with your teams. Once validated, the view by tool helps you check ownership, purpose and the supplier contract.

Which spending figures can I view?

The dashboard shows spending for the current month and the last twelve months. For each tool, you can see the latest payment, the displayed cumulative amount and the latest payment date.

Can I try the feature without connecting my bank?

Yes. Demonstration mode lets you explore the cost-tracking view before connecting a bank. Detecting your actual spending then requires the bank connection included in the Pro plan.
