Prerequisites

Be an administrator of a Ringover account with an active subscription.

Connection steps

Step 1: Create an API key

1. Connect to your Ringover Dashboard
2. Go in Settings → Developer (or go directly to the API section)
3. Click on Create an API key
4. Fill in the information:
   • User : Select an administrator user
   • Label : Give your key a name (ex: “MIA Integration”)
5. Click on Create

Step 2: Set up rights

Once the key is created:

1. Click on the button Edit next to your API key
2. Activate the following rights:

Right Access Required forUsersReadList usersUsersWriteAdd/remove users

1. Click on Save

Step 3: Connect MIA to Ringover

1. In MIA, go to Apps → Add an application
2. Search and select Ringover
3. Fill in the requested information:
   • API key : Copy and paste the API key created earlier #1

1. Click on Connect
